Someone is going around saying I hate traditional art today, which couldn't be further from the truth. I actually got into digital BECAUSE of traditional--back in high school, I drew with watercolors + ink, and won enough contests to buy my intuos tablet (which is starting to get a bit worn lately ;__; ). I love both mediums, but while a tablet has one start up price and then is free, traditional requires continuously buying new materials, and tends to need a lot more room and time due to the set up and break down, which hasn't fit my living style for a while now (that is---poor, busy college student).
